Mr. Ribble shows this station next to Odessa's light plant in 1919. C.W. Campbell was the head man at the Light Plant. His employees affectionly called him "Chappy". I remember Mr. Campbell very well, but can't remember the location of this "filling station". Any one help me with this one?
