This Photograph was used in a T&P Railroad Promotional Publication in
circulation between 1904 and 1909. Until the drought of 1919, Ector County
supported a very prosperous fruit growing business. Farmers used sawdust to
cover their fruit to keep it fresh for as long as possible.
