1938 the old sand stone court house was gone and now replaced with a modern structure.

Photo with the Victory flag flying on the Ector County Courthouse possibly in bond drive during WWII 1941 - 1945. Ector County proudly supported every American war effort.

But this building soon became too small, and rebuilding begins again.
