1891 Courthouse: The Methodist Sanatorium was ordered to be torn down and the material used for building our first courthouse. This structure housed our County Government until it was replaced with a stone building in 1904 that lasted until 1938. Which in turn was replaced with a modern 3 story cement building. In 1964 this edifice was completely remodeled to create the building you see today in 1998.
